Barca will be hoping they can keep up their 100 percent record in La Liga by beating Valencia at the Mestalla this weekend.

La Blaugrana are looking good with six points, plus-eight goals and a Supercopa de España title under their belts already, but the home team look decidedly less assured.

SCHEDULE:
Mestalla—Valencia, Spain

With Roberto Soldado gone and Helder Postiga the questionable replacement, a reliable stream of goals has been removed from this Los Che side, who are still finding their feet.

Sevilla vs Malaga live score, match preview in Spain - Liga BBVA

Malaga vs Sevilla live score, match preview in  Spain - Liga BBVA

Both Sevilla and Malaga did not start their season on a high. None of them could win their first games, so both of them will be looking for the three points.

The La Liga fixture draw handed Malaga a very difficult opening. Malaga lost a game away to Valencia and a game at home to 2012/13 La Liga winners, FC Barcelona. Both of the games ended 1-0. This game will be important and Malaga will do everything to get the three points.

SCHEDULE:
Date: Sunday, September 1, 2013
Kickoff: 21.00 CET
Venue: Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán
Capacity: 45.500
Referee: Carlos Del Cerro

The midfielder Bartomiej Pawloswki made his debut against FC Barcelona and told the reporters: ‘I don’t think the game against Sevilla will be any easier than the games against Barcelona or Valencia. They are a great side and play excellent football. They’re a top-level team.’

Malaga’s latest signing, striker Mounir El Hamdaoui, could make his debut in this game.

On the other hand, Sevilla got only one point in the last two games. Their first game was against the Copa del Rey winners, Atletico Madrid, which they lost 3-1 at home. Their game against Levante ended 0-0.

Sevilla will be playing against Freiburg, Estoril and Slovan Liberec in the Europe League. The team of Unai Emery won’t look forward and the game against Malaga will be taken seriously. Because just like Bernd Schuster, Unai Emery wants the three points too.

Sevilla could only win one of the last five games (last win: 28-08-2011), while Malaga won two of the last five games.

Real Sociedad vs Atletico Madrid live score, match preview in Spain - Liga BBVA

Atletico Madrid vs Real Sociedad live score, match preview in  Spain - Liga BBVA

Arguably the fixture of the weekend in La Liga takes place at the Estadio Municipal de Anoeta on Sunday as Real Sociedad welcome Atletico Madrid.

Both sides learned their fate in the Champions League this week with Sociedad drawn in Group A alongside Manchester United, Shakhtar Donetsk and Bayer Leverkusen. Meanwhile, Atletico were pitted in Group G alongside Iberian rivals Porto, Zenit St Petersburg and Austria Vienna.

Sociedad have taken four points from their opening two games of the league season, but they were held to a disappointing 1-1 draw with Elche last week. Atletico have a 100% record after two games, however, with comprehensive wins over Sevilla and Rayo Vallecano.

The corresponding match last season ended in a 1-0 win for Atletico, but Sociedad were victorious by the same scoreline when they travelled to Madrid in March.

Sociedad will be without the services of Jose Angel and Imanol Agirretxe through injury, but Antoine Griezmann is fit to return and should start in attack alongside Carlos Vela and Haris Seferovic.

Xabi Prieto is also pushing for a start in midfield alongside Esteban Granero, but Markel Bergara may have to be content with a place on the bench.

Atletico will be without the services of Felipe Luis and Arda Turan, who both saw red in the second leg of the Spanish Super Cup against Barcelona on Wednesday.

Espanyol vs Real Betis live score, match preview in Spain - Liga BBVA

Espanyol has sold there Ghanaian Midfielder Mubarak Wakaso this week to Rubin Kazan that might slightly affect Espanyol's performance in the upcoming match's in the LaLiga. Note that Victor Alvarez (Defender) is on the injured list!! Espanyol has One draw with celta vigo and a 3-1 victory over Valencia in week 2.

Real Betis isn't having a good time in the LaLiga as they lost there both matches against Real Madrid in week one and Celta Vigo in week two! Other than the pressure they carry on there back of the importance of winning the match today is that three players are placed in the injuries list. Damien Perquis (Defender), Eder Vilarchao (Midfielder) and Lorenzo Reyes (Midfoelder).

Espanyol and Betis games usually end with a draw or a 1-0 win for either teams, in the last three games Espanyol has won once, Betis once and a draw! So you'll find it hard to predict the matches result after the 90min's!

Italian Serie A : Bologna vs Sampdoria live score, match preview

A quick look at the Serie A table would suggest that Bologna are doing pretty well as they are 13th in the standings with six points from five matches. Indeed, for a side that are expected to hover near the bottom three, this does look like an optimistic start.

However, such is the competitive spirit of Serie A that the Felsinei are just a point above the relegation zone and have as many points as Sampdoria and Cagliari do. Nevertheless, it shouldn't take anything away from Alberto Malesani's side as they are undefeated in their last three matches. A 2-2 draw with Roma in Rome was followed by a 2-1 home win against Udinese; and last weekend Bologna held Catania to a 1-1 draw in Sicily.

A win against Sampdoria at home is not entirely out of the question given that the Genoa-based side have not looked very sure of themselves on their travels. Moreover, Bologna held mighty Inter to a goalless draw at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara in their opening match of the new Serie A season - that should be a confidence-booster.

Sampdoria are one of potentially 10 clubs in the Italian top flight who can realistically attempt for a place in the top four in Serie A but they need to start winning matches with gusto. Last weekend the Blucerchiati exhibited one of their worst performances as they drew 0-0 with Udinese in Genoa.

Samp are currently 12th in the table with six points from five matches. Domenico Di Carlo's side are just three points off a Champions League spot but they will have to be more consistent. Furthermore, they haven't won a league fixture since the opening weekend of the campaign when they defeated Lazio 2-0 at home.

However, Samp recovered some of their lost touch on Thursday evening when they defeated Debrecen 1-0 at the Marassi in a Europa League group game and will now aspire to take that form to Bologna.

Atalanta vs Torino live score, Match preview,Tv listing info

Atalanta in first game new season in Serie A lost at Sardinia with Cagliari 2-1. But this was really strange game, in first half Cagliari without any pressure, played very relax, lost first goal scored by Stendardo for team from Bergamo but next equalized Nainggolan and Cabrera from Uruguay scored winning goal.

Atalanta in second half with some big faults in defence and both center defenders got a yellow cards so Stendardo and Mario Yepes. But with Yepes defence in Atalanta should be more stable for sure, today coach Colantuono without Del Grosso, Migliaccio, Cazzola and Bellini. Torino without Salvatore Masiello, Brighi, Gillet, Barreto and Gazzi. Atalanta in defence should start also with Raimondi and Nica at left and right side. Torino in first game Serie A won 2-0 with newcomer Sassuolo after goals Brighi and Cerci. Today missing Brighi will be very important for them, at his place Basha probably will play. Torino with always just three defenders and line 3-5-2 against Atalanta I think this will be not good choice. Bergamo like offensive style always in home and I think wil lstart this game from attack for sure. After lost in first game Atalanta should back on the winning track.
