Sevilla vs Malaga live score, match preview in Spain - Liga BBVA

Malaga vs Sevilla live score, match preview in  Spain - Liga BBVA

Both Sevilla and Malaga did not start their season on a high. None of them could win their first games, so both of them will be looking for the three points.

The La Liga fixture draw handed Malaga a very difficult opening. Malaga lost a game away to Valencia and a game at home to 2012/13 La Liga winners, FC Barcelona. Both of the games ended 1-0. This game will be important and Malaga will do everything to get the three points.

SCHEDULE:
Date: Sunday, September 1, 2013
Kickoff: 21.00 CET
Venue: Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán
Capacity: 45.500
Referee: Carlos Del Cerro

The midfielder Bartomiej Pawloswki made his debut against FC Barcelona and told the reporters: ‘I don’t think the game against Sevilla will be any easier than the games against Barcelona or Valencia. They are a great side and play excellent football. They’re a top-level team.’

Malaga’s latest signing, striker Mounir El Hamdaoui, could make his debut in this game.

On the other hand, Sevilla got only one point in the last two games. Their first game was against the Copa del Rey winners, Atletico Madrid, which they lost 3-1 at home. Their game against Levante ended 0-0.

Sevilla will be playing against Freiburg, Estoril and Slovan Liberec in the Europe League. The team of Unai Emery won’t look forward and the game against Malaga will be taken seriously. Because just like Bernd Schuster, Unai Emery wants the three points too.

Sevilla could only win one of the last five games (last win: 28-08-2011), while Malaga won two of the last five games.
